PCN-KIDS Contribution Acceptance Policy
PCN-KIDS, INC. exercises discretion in accepting contributions, gifts, or grants. All accepted gifts must align with the organization's mission and purpose. We will not accept any irrevocable gifts that could jeopardize the donor’s financial security under reasonable circumstances.
PCN-KIDS does not provide advice regarding the tax implications or treatment of donations and encourages donors to consult their own financial advisers.
We accept donations in the form of cash and publicly traded securities. In-kind services may also be accepted at our discretion. Other contributions, including real property, personal property, non-liquid securities, or gifts with undisclosed sources or restrictions, will be reviewed before acceptance to evaluate potential obligations or liabilities.
Donors will receive acknowledgments for gifts that meet tax requirements, but no value will be assigned to receipts for gifts other than cash or publicly traded securities. We respect donor intent regarding restricted gifts and anonymity. Information about anonymous donors will be limited to staff members who need to know.
PCN-KIDS does not compensate any third party for directing donations or donors to the organization.
